~Tomorrow at 8am is FINAL MIDTERM CALL for RRs #1-5!  D2L is closed at that point & I don't accept emailed RRs (RRs have been wonderful... and I am only up to RR4 as of now)

III. Group Time
  1. TASK A: Facilitators--- a)Make sure everyone shares RR#5 with one another.  Read them aloud, upload to your google group folder, or email them to one another.  Get it done right away.  b)Based on this conversation, everyone should share their plans for the CONTENT of their first basic slide/page such that each person adds to a cohesive whole. c)Make sure your group's information on the sign-up sheet is also now current.
  2. TASK B: Cover Designers---- a)discuss with your group a vision for the title, logo/theme, color scheme,  images, etc.; b)work on TOC or decide how/when each member will add their subtitles
  3. TASK C: Copy-righters--- make sure you have a sense of when each person will be ready for your to check their slides (after 8am on Monday, you will NO LONGER have access to the slides)
  4. INTERLUDE--- Q&A and review of animation expectations 

Last Tasks
  • Talk over the guidelines so it makes sense to yall.
  • There are no late extensions on the group project and no individual make-ups.  Everything is due at 8am next Monday.  Access to the google drive will be over at that time.
